The defendants were accused of an “inside job” and it was alleged that they had stolen at least £112,000 from a luxury hotel in central London. Following a 4-week trial at the Inner London Crown Court, the jury unanimously acquitted all five defendants.
Robert Morris appeared for the second defendant.
