Ailsa Williamson represented the Appellant in this successful appeal against sentence which raised issues about the meaning of “forced/uninvited entry into victim’s home” and “victim is particularly vulnerable due to personal circumstances” for the purposes of factors indicating harm category 2 of the Sentencing Council Definitive Guideline for the offence of assault by penetration.
