We are very sad to announce that Clive Nicholls QC died on Thursday 9th February 2017, following a fall at his home in Devon 3 weeks earlier.
Clive has been a member of chambers since his call 60 years ago, and was Head of Chambers from 1994 until 2010. He was hugely respected in his field of extradition and will be much missed by his friends and colleagues in the legal profession. Our thoughts are with his family.
There will be a private funeral (no flowers) and a memorial service later this year.
