Alisdair Williamson QC co-author to CBA report into the working of Section 41

Alisdair Williamson QC is a co-author of the shortly to be published CBA report into the working of section 41, which governs the sensitive and controversial area of cross-examination of complainants in sexual offence trials on their previous sexual history, particularly in light of the decision in R v Chedwyn Evans. The report is unprecedented in scope and detail. It provides a proper empirical basis from which to assess the section in operation and is recommended reading for all those practising in this area, as well as legal and media commentators.
