Helen Malcolm QC today joined with Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, Sir Henry Brooke, Sir Francis Jacobs, Sir Konrad Schiemann and other senior judges, lawyers and academics in signing a letter to the Daily Telegraph calling on Parliament to opt in to crucial EU criminal law measures including the European Arrest Warrant.
