The Court of Appeal quashed control orders against two suspected terrorists, one of whom is currently on the run having disguised himself in a burqa. The landmark decision clarifies the extent to which the Government is obliged to disclose the secret evidence upon which it relies.
Hugo Keith QC was the lead Special Advocate acting in the interests of the two men.
