Cyber gang sentenced

Ten members of a cyber gang, headed by Tony Colston Hayter which plundered £1.25m from British banks through the use of “Trojan horse” devices to hijack bank’s computers at Barclays and Santander have been sentenced. The gang also stole thousands of credit cards and intercepted a vast amount of stolen mail to fraudulently use the cards to splash out on Rolex watches and designer jewellery.
