Sven-Goran Eriksson’s financial adviser, Samir Khan appeared in court today, in defence to Mr. Eriksson’s application to commit him to prison for 81 breaches of a freezing order. The application was resolved by an apology, with no order for Mr. Khan’s committal.
James Lewis QC and Patrick Hill were instructed on behalf of Mr Khan.
