Hugh Davies QC and Clair Dobbin were instructed on behalf of three Police Federation officers following their initial appearance before the Home Affairs Committee. Two of the officers were required to attend the Committee again specifically to apologise for alleged inaccuracies in their evidence or to risk being held in contempt of Parliament.
The same counsel are instructed to represent the officers in relation to pending IPCC investigations arising from these events.
