Rachel Kapila is speaking at the 2013 “Contemporary Issues in Sports Law and Practice” conference at De Montfort Law School on 1st November. The topic of her presentation will be Transgender Athletes.
The conference this year is the fourth annual conference to be hosted by De Montfort, in conjunction with the British Association for Sport and Law (BASL). The topics covered encompass a wide range of sports law and regulatory issues, and are aimed at all involved in the broader sporting community (the sports industry, academics and students of sports law, sports administrators and the legal profession).
