Neil Saunders and Kevin Baumber appeared for the FSA in its prosecution of Paul Milsom, the Legal and General senior equities dealer who was sentenced on 6 March to 2 years imprisonment at Southwark CC. The defendant entered into an early plea agreement which included agreed confiscation of £245,000.
