Former gang member cleared of Boxing Day murder

Michael Bromley-Martin QC defended Jermaine Joseph, who was charged with the murder of Seydou Diarrasouba by stabbing him to death in the Footlocker store in Oxford Street on Boxing Day 2011. At the Old Bailey on Thursday 22nd November, Jermaine Joseph was acquitted of murder by the jury on the grounds of self defence.
