The Supreme Court allowed the appeals in the four extradition cases of Lukaszewski, Pomiechowski, Rozanski and Halligen, holding, for the first time, that Article 6 of the ECHR applied to extradition appeals.
Ben Watson appeared for the 1st and 2nd Appellants (led by Edward Fitzgerald QC) and Hugo Keith QC appeared for the 3rd Appellant.
John Hardy QC appeared for the requesting judicial authorities, and Clair Dobbin appeared for the Secretary of State.
