Ben Watson (led by James Eadie QC, Blackstone Chambers) acts for the UK Government in the six terrorism cases currently before the European Court of Human Rights. On 10 April 2012, the ECtHR upheld the extradition of five of the men, and asked for further details in respect of the sixth.
