Bloody Sunday soldiers win judicial review of the Police Service of Northern Ireland

The Lord Chief Justice has ruled it would be unlawful for the Police Service of Northern Ireland to arrest any of the former British soldiers who fired live rounds on ‘Bloody Sunday’ for the purpose of interviewing them about the events that day.
